Two months of planning and the day finally arrived. Myself, Lauren and Amy wanted to host a bloggers meet up for so long. Inviting a range of fabulous bloggers from in and out of London for a day of cocktails, beauty treatments and lots of chatter in-between!
The venue, Bittersweet Soho. A gorgeous underground members only cocktail bar, comfortably nestled in Carnaby Street was the perfect location for a large group of bloggers to congregate for the afternoon!

The cocktail making session for many of our bloggers who signed up went down a treat!

Every blogger loves a presentation from a brand. Moogoo Skincare kindly came along to share their natural skincare secrets and the real treat, the first UK launch of their makeup line Dusty Girls. Every product is all natural, a concept that is growing within the beauty bloggers community. Definitely a brand to look out for in 2015!

Of all the new products from Dusty Girls, I think it’s safe to say all the girls fell in love with this blusher – Pink Ladies Natural Mineral Blush

A massive thank you to Vix Meldrew for bringing along the Stella & Dot range for a trunk show! All the gorgeous stackable rings and stunning statement necklaces got the girls cooing and I must say, I have added a few and even some scarves to my wishlist.

We wanted our guests to enjoy some beauty treatments and were incredibly happy that FordhamSoho could come along to spruce up our bloggers’ hair, especially after the wind and rain may have swept through it on their way to the venue! And along side them, a beautician from Cucumba joined us to do some simple manicures for everyone who wanted it!

Alongside the hair and nail treatments, we wanted another treatment the girls would love. It was only when thinking about the most unique that we haven’t really seen at blogger events, and me making my wedding plans, that we came up with the idea of Henna! We found the most wonderful artist, Henna of Designed by Henna, who we welcomed with open arms and cannot thank enough for producing such gorgeous art for our guests! (and for helping us set up for the day!)

We had so many sweet treats to offer our guests during their time with us, (sad times I did not get to try any of these mallows) including; a range of marshmallows from Mallow and Marsh; Nakd bars; Propercorn; Pop Chips; Honeybuns; some delicious cakes c/o Lip Glam.
During the event I was collecting money for a charity raffle with all proceeds going to the Look Good Feel Better. LGFB provide skincare and makeup workshops with beauty volunteers within hospitals and cancer care centres within the UK.
We had a range of gorgeous beauty products, stylers and accessories up for grabs including Moogoo hampers, Lee Stafford products, Toni & Guy hair tools, ProBlo Curl ME stylers, Dorothy Perkins Jewellery, Billie X Shoes gift voucher, Stella & Dot gift (courtesy of Vix Meldrew), W7 cosmetics range, Blanx Whiteshock hamper.
We managed to raise £175. So a massive thank you so much to everyone who donated! And a massive congrats to everyone who won something in the raffle! We can’t wait to see your reviews of your wins!

Without the help of the many fabulous beauty, skincare and food brands we could not have put together such a generous array of treats at the event and in the goody bags for our guests. So a massive thank you to

I will be posting my goody bag in my next post so keep your eyes peeled for that 🙂
